Zywave, a HR Training Resource Partnership

Harness the power of an innovative Learning Management System (LMS) that delivers high-quality, on-demand courses – anytime, anywhere. Each course features clear, professionally produced content paired with interactive quizzes to reinforce learning. Trident has partnered with Zywave to provide resources for your HR Department to use to help control risks associated with employment liability. This program includes legal updates related to employment laws that can be customized to include MA and federal updates only. The platform also has online training courses to supplement Trident University’s offerings. These include sexual harassment and workplace violence trainings. There is also an employment practices hotline available through Zywave. This consulting service provides legal guidance if the Town has any employment practices questions.
