At Paragon, our people are the driving force behind our commitment to making a difference in the community. Each year, a dedicated group of Paragon employees step up to participate in the Covenant House Sleep Out, choosing to spend a night outdoors in solidarity with youth facing homelessness. This powerful experience goes far beyond braving the cold; it’s an act of compassion and awareness that draws vital attention to the challenges many vulnerable young people face every day.
Thanks to these efforts, our Boston team have helped raise over $20,000 through their participation—providing much-needed resources for housing, education and counseling services. The impact of their involvement can be seen in the hope it brings to the lives of those supported by Covenant House. Employees share stories of conversations with young people, moments of inspiration and a renewed commitment to using their voices to champion this essential cause.
For our team, the Sleep Out is not just an event—it’s a personal journey. Many employees return year after year, motivated by a desire to make a real, lasting impact. During the night, participants reflect on the stories they’ve heard from Covenant House youth, deepening their empathy and understanding. Huddled together under the stars, they form lasting bonds with colleagues, united by a shared sense of purpose and advocacy for change.
While our official partnership with Covenant House is meaningful, we believe it’s the passion, generosity and action of our team members that stand at the heart of our mission. Their willingness to step out of their comfort zones and advocate for youth in need is a testament to the culture of caring that defines Paragon. Our involvement in the Sleep Out is part of our broader partnership with Covenant House, an organization providing vital shelter and support for at-risk youth.
