Presenting “When Tweets Meet Policy: Managing Social Media in the Public Sector”

Date: Monday, June 9th, 3 PM
Room Location: Grand C

The course will focus on balancing the government employee’s First Amendment right to discuss matters of public concern with the government employer’s right to run an efficient and effective municipal corporation. The course will discuss what these “certain circumstances” entail.
