Workers’ Compensation Program FAQ
Q. Does Paragon consider new ventures?
A. No new ventures — 3 years of previous coverage required (Except for class 7219 and some transportation risks)
Q Will you accept submissions with missing information?
A. A full submission is required to reserve the market. Contact marketing with any special requests and they will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Q What is a full submission?
A. A full submission includes the ACORD 130, relevant supplemental application, X-Mod worksheet, and 3-5 year currently valued loss runs.
Q. What is your minimum and maximum premium?
A. Minimum premium starts at $15,000 and there is no max
Q. What payment options are available?
A. Paragon offers multiple options including Pay in full, Monthly Payroll Reporting and installments (Deposits vary, $0 down available for Monthly Payroll Reporting upon approval)
Q. Will you consider accounts with a lapse in coverage?
A. No lapse in coverage
